WWII Japanese Zero Horizon Indicator Dollar Ride
Item: FM1113
Price: $899.99

This gauge is an original horizon indicator from a WWII Japanese Zero.  Gauge appears complete and the level does have some movement when rocked from side to side.  There is some kanji printed on the dial below the profile of an aircraft.  There is also a small tag attached to the body above the dollar bill.  This gauge was a gift from a USMC aviator student to his instructor Lt. Col. Sean Godley, upon his first flight, called the "Dollar Ride", which is the why the dollar bill is taped to the body of the gauge.  Additionally, the student's name tag is glued in place below the dollar bill.  A unique gift and a rare gauge.
